Just remember that the Second Amendment is incase something happens to the First Amendment.
I believe this came about when Rush said something about the "phony soldier" politicians....those purporting things about thier military record during thier campaigns, only to find out later that the actual truth had been stretched.
What really amazes me (actually not really) that they took the word of someone who actually listened to the segment and distorted what was actually said. Then without investigation, wrote this letter in an attempt to get him off the air.
