I'm already making some from it also. After i get them fixed up I offer them a montly retainer deal for remote support and phone support. Onsite support is still at same rate.I figure once they are in good shape they will call less and know it won't cost them an arm and a leg. unless a real disaster crops up.

I use special software but it is harmless to your computer and totally within your control of where and when someone does get in
